Warranty

Every Onyx comes with a manufacturer-backed limited warranty. The coverage periods for your build are listed on your written quote, and we’re happy to go through them before you order.

What’s covered

• Battery: defects in the pack.
• Drivetrain and controller: manufacturing defects.
• Frame: structural defects.
• Body and finish: defects in materials and paint. Normal wear and cosmetic damage are excluded.

Extended coverage

An extended warranty that lengthens coverage on eligible parts is available on request. Ask for it with your quote and we’ll list the added period and covered parts.

What isn’t covered

• Normal wear, such as tires, brake pads and upholstery, plus cosmetic damage and consumables.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, modification, improper charging, neglect, or use outside the cart’s rated conditions.
• Damage from not following the maintenance or operating instructions.

Making a claim

Email sal@onyxcarts.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos help. We’ll arrange diagnosis and, for covered defects, repair or replacement of the part. If you’re in a remote area or the US, we’ll explain how that works for you before you order.
