This policy explains how OnyxCarts, a division of GCS Group (“we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through onyxcarts.com. By using the site or sending a form, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

  • What you give us in the quote and contact forms: your name, email, phone number if you add it, postal or ZIP code, your build, and anything you write.
  • What your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type, for security.
  • Your most recent build is saved in your own browser so it’s there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us unless you submit it.

Why we collect it

  • To answer you, prepare a quote, and arrange a build and delivery.
  • To contact you about your order or questions.
  • To run, secure and improve the website.

How forms are processed

Forms are delivered by Formspree, a form processor in the United States, which forwards them to us by email. See Formspree’s privacy policy for how they handle data. If a form opens your own email app instead, your message goes straight to us with no third party involved.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our form processor and shipping partners, and where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry and order information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Email sal@onyxcarts.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site isn’t directed to children and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, the date at the top will change.
